I’m after a certain product for my event, but can’t see this on your website. Can you get this in for me?

We love adding more products to our range! If you can’t see something you’re after, just send us an email with any inspo pictures of the product you require. We will always do our best to see what we can get in for you!

Where do we collect and return the equipment to?

Customer collections and returns are from our home office based in Banksia Park, South Australia. Time and day of pickup must be agreed between customer and Events By You. Once agreed, the office address will be given out 1 day prior to collection.

Does Events By You offer a Delivery, Setup and Collection service for Hire Equipment?

Yes! However, this is at an extra cost to the customer and subject to availability. Delivery, Setup and Collection fees are quoted based on day of the week and location. Large backdrops and props will always require us to delivery/setup and collect.

Does Events By You have Public Liability Insurance?

Yes we do. We can supply a Certificate of Currency if requested.
