Shipping & Collections
How long does it take for my order to be processed?
We keep a lot of our products in stock, however there are some items that are made to order or need to be ordered in from our Suppliers, if our stock is running low. We will advise each customer when order is being placed, if any items may take longer than below timeframes.
If purchasing personalised items, a proof will be sent to the customer within 3 business days of order being placed. As soon as proof has been given the okay for production in writing via email by customer, please allow up to another 5 business days for us to finalise your design, depending on your order quantity. Production requires a minimum of 2 weeks to be finalised, from order placed and paid to completion.
If you require a rush order, please contact us via email as soon as possible to see what we may be able to do for you.
For all orders in stock that do not require any personalisation, please allow a minimum of 3 business days for us to finalise putting your order together. Your order will be shipped as per Postage Timeframes (see below), or if collecting from our Office we will send an email to advise it’s ready for collection.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Once your order is finalised it will be shipped via Sendle Courier or Australia Post. The average postal delivery time is 3-7 business days for orders within Australia.
*Please Note: due to COVID-19 some deliveries may take a little longer than usual. We suggest allowing more time for these orders to avoid disappointment. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped, which will include a tracking number. Events By You Australia is in no way responsible for items being delayed or lost as soon as they reach the courier company.
How much does shipping cost?
For small goods being shipped express within South Australia: Flat Rate of $14.95. Price may alter depending on item quantity, size and weight.
If you are purchasing from interstate, we will advise of the delivery fee once your order comes through.
Can I pick up my order in person?
If you’re located in South Australia and would rather collect your order from our Office, please contact us via email when placing your order. We will email you as soon as your order is ready for collection to arrange a suitable time and day for this to occur.
Can I update my postage address after I’ve made a purchase?
If your order hasn’t been dispatched already we are able to update your address. Please contact us immediately for any changes to avoid your package being sent to the incorrect address.
